Use of Platform
By using Karooto, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if a product is out of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer a substitute.
Payments
Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via one of our supported payment methods. Promotional codes are subject to terms and expiration dates.
Delivery
We deliver within Mogadishu during selected time slots. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Damaged or incorrect items may be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Perishable items are non-returnable unless damaged. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Limitation of Liability
Karooto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
